About the role
The Outage Maintenance Superintendent leads the complete lifecycle of plant outages, from readiness through execution to closeout, ensuring they are safe, on‑time, and of high quality. This position works within GNPower Dinginin’s strict Outage Management Guideline to align technical scope with cost control and contract administration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end outage planning, execution, and closeout for coal‑fired power facilities.
- Synchronise technical maintenance scope with robust cost control and contract administration.
- Mitigate commercial risks and protect AOP, CAPEX, and OPEX budgets.
- Optimise resources to meet defined Outage Readiness (ORI) and Execution (OEI) targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and GNPD outage guidelines.
Required profile
- Minimum three (3) years experience in coal power plant operations.
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Must be a registered engineer.
