Operator – Assembly & Test Operations

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Operator to join our production floor. The role focuses on back‑end assembly and testing activities, ensuring that parts and modules are built and verified according to internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dies, attach components, and perform bonding, molding, trim & form operations.
• Assemble parts and modules using specialized equipment and assembly machines.
• Organise and manage stock of parts, semi‑products, and components, following a Kanban system.
• Execute prescribed sight checks, functionality tests, and general quality inspections.
• Monitor material consumption and replenish hand stock as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety regulations.
• Experience working in a repetitive, production‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail for quality checks and test routines.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to assigned procedures.

Required skills

• Use of assembly machines and specialized tools.
• Understanding of Kanban inventory management.
• Performing sight checks and basic functionality testing.
