Machine Operator / Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator/Technician to join our production floor. In this position you will set up, run and monitor equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing of our products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed.
• Operate and monitor machines throughout the production run.
• Inspect equipment before and during operation to confirm proper functioning.
• Load raw materials, perform basic quality checks, and record production data.
• Clean and maintain machines, tools, and the work area.
• Report any malfunctions, hazards or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
