About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Makati. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent nursing graduates who are eager to deliver high‑quality patient care and develop their clinical skills in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patients’ health status, record vital signs, and administer prescribed medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, training sessions and safety compliance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• No prior work experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Empathetic, adaptable and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• First‑aid certification and competence.
