Multi-Skilled Technician

About the role

As a Multi‑Skilled Technician at CBRE you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems, supporting the Engineering and Technical Services function. You will work on routine inspections, installations and energy‑management tasks to keep facilities operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues and perform repairs on building equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report violations.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, standing, climbing ladders and lifting 50 lb or more.
• Basic ability to follow work routines and standards.
• Effective communication for straightforward information exchange.
