MSR Engineer – New Product Introduction

About the role

The MSR Engineer will lead Factory New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring new models are developed and launched in line with key performance targets. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role bridges engineering, planning, and factory teams to drive production readiness and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain production at 95% of plan.
• Coordinate project deliverables with engineering and release build plans.
• Ensure build readiness by collaborating with engineering, factory, and planning teams.
• Track and expedite critical parts, align MRP data, and support capacity planning.
• Monitor production demand, manage NPCAF releases for buffer and unrecoverable units, and maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct product performance reviews and drive resolution of factory‑related issues.
• Lead transition from New Product to Mass Production, including manufacturing plan releases and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction, manufacturing operations, or production/project coordination.
• Proven track record in production planning, MRP systems, and coordinating build readiness from NPI through mass production.
