Molding Engineer – Onsite (Cavite)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Molding Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Rosario, Cavite. The role focuses on processing mold parts and ensuring high‑quality production for press metallic molds. You will work onsite Monday‑Friday, collaborating closely with production and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding equipment to produce press metallic components.
• Perform grinding, trimming, and finishing of mold parts.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects or process inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate in any engineering or related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mold parts processing.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
