About the role
The Mid-level DevOps Engineer will work independently to become a subject‑matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and delivering robust solutions. Based in our Manila office, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn business requirements into reliable technical implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert DevOps support and become a go‑to SME for the team.
- Participate in and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Implement best‑practice development, testing, debugging and performance‑enhancement processes.
- Maintain and support existing applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting to automate workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
