Medical Specialist – AI Clinical Content Reviewer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible physicians to join our expert network as Medical Doctor Subject Matter Experts. Working remotely on an hourly contract basis, you will evaluate AI‑generated clinical responses, create gold‑standard content, and provide detailed feedback to improve the safety and accuracy of large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by writing detailed prompts and reference answers aligned to your specialty.
• Evaluate and rank AI‑generated clinical responses for correctness, clarity, safety, and relevance.
• Identify and report errors in clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, risk stratification, red‑flag detection, test interpretation, and treatment planning.
• Fact‑check medical information and ensure model outputs are free from unsafe recommendations or bias.

Required profile

• MD or DO (or equivalent) with completed residency/fellowship and board eligibility or certification in a clinical specialty.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑training clinical experience in a hospital, outpatient, academic, or community setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced clinical reasoning, guideline‑based care, and patient‑safety considerations.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and fact‑checking medical content.
