Marketing Communications Officer

About the role

Mezzo Hotel is looking for a Marketing Communications Officer to join its team in Cebu. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on building and maintaining the hotel’s brand presence across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Write and distribute press releases, promotional content, and internal communications.
• Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support public‑relations activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Experience creating and managing press releases.
• Ability to plan and execute effective communication strategies.
• Proficiency in project management and maintaining brand consistency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
