About the role
The CRM Associate will drive new‑user acquisition and activation by designing and executing onboarding and early‑lifecycle campaigns. Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, you will help turn app installs into first bookings and encourage repeat usage through timely, data‑driven communications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, build, QA and launch onboarding journeys that move users from app install to first booking and from first to second booking.
- Deploy multi‑channel campaigns (push notifications, in‑app messages, etc.) ensuring correct segmentation, eligibility and timing.
- Support first‑ride incentive and welcome‑offer execution, including promo‑logic setup and validation.
- Monitor campaign performance, track activation metrics (first‑booking rate, time to first booking, first‑to‑second conversion) and surface insights for optimisation.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to identify drop‑off points and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing or growth roles.
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.
- Basic understanding of funnels, segmentation and performance metrics.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with a CRM platform such as MoEngage or a comparable tool.
