About the role

The Management Trainee – Front Office program is a 12‑month accelerated learning journey at New World Makati Hotel, designed for recent graduates who aspire to build a career in the luxury hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Support guest interactions from reservation through checkout, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with room assignments, billing, and coordination between the Front Desk, Concierge, Service Center, Spa/Fitness Center, and Residence Club.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training, workshops, and mentorship sessions with senior corporate leaders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Front Office department.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher, achieving top academic results.
  • Less than two years of post‑graduate work experience.
  • At least two internships, or one six‑month equivalent internship, with leading companies.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
