Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to run and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and support high‑quality output in our manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot machines following manufacturer guidelines.
• Report breakdowns to the Assistant Production Manager and inspect raw materials before loading.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and document downtime and repairs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and keep the work area clean at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Completion of relevant training and certifications.
• Willingness to upgrade skills with new equipment.
