Test Technician

About the role

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Test Technician to support its electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves operating, troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment to ensure product quality for mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot test machines and related equipment.
• Interpret and execute test programs using test programming software.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams to verify circuit functionality.
• Perform fixture wiring, debugging and basic electronic assembly tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technology diploma in Electronics or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with test machine operation and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with test programming software and ability to interpret test programs.
• Proficiency in reading schematic diagrams.
• Skill in fixture wiring, debugging and basic electronic assembly.
