Logistics Vendor Management Executive

About the role

The Logistics Vendor Management Executive will lead claims and disputes management for third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. This role owns the end‑to‑end validation of disputed orders, ensures billing accuracy, and drives resolution across multiple internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead validation of disputed claims from 3PLs using internal systems, historical billing, and escalation records.
• Assess claim validity against company policies and contractual agreements, handling complex and high‑value disputes.
• Oversee reconciliation of claims against billing reports and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate settlements.
• Identify and mitigate financial exposure by driving initiatives to reduce write‑offs.
• Act as primary contact for claims‑related topics across Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Return & Refund, Fraud, and Cross‑border teams.
• Manage and enforce SLAs for validation and resolution timelines, aligning processes and accountability.
• Identify workflow gaps, implement scalable solutions, and standardize validation frameworks and reporting.
• Analyze claims trends, build dashboards, and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, e‑commerce, finance operations, or claims/disputes management.
• Strong experience working with 3PLs and handling billing validation.
• Proven problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in high‑volume operations and process improvement.
