Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the distribution of supplies and chemicals for service operations in the Philippines. You will work closely with the logistics officer and material controller to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role supports the logistics team by ensuring timely delivery, accurate stock handling and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute distribution of supplies and chemical allotments required for service operations.
• Ensure complete and on‑time delivery of supplies from the warehouse to customers.
• Facilitate stock issuance and prepare distribution documentation for management.
• Coordinate with the material controller to arrange supplies for distribution.
• Oversee daily, monthly and quarterly deliveries via itinerary, courier and cargo services.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of stock requests.
• Submit monthly consumption reports per account to the Logistics Officer.
• Maintain the database/system file of all supplies and equipment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Graduate of Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in San Pedro, Laguna.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
