Legal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to our Legal Officers. The role involves conducting research, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth docket management in a fast‑paced legal environment. You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of legal records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal and factual research, organize and analyze information, and validate findings.
• Prepare written reports, correspondence, and review legal forms and documents for accuracy.
• Maintain reference files, monitor updates to regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Support co‑paralegals with daily tasks and assist in document preparation.
• Oversee docket management, ensuring timely filing and retrieval of records.
• Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and communications.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year Legal or Business‑related degree.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information.
