About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join our team in Antipolo City. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who have completed internships or practical training in legal research and are eager to develop their professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and related materials.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, reports, and case summaries.
• Maintain and organize case files, records, and other legal documentation.
• Monitor calendars, deadlines, and schedules for ongoing legal matters.
• Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, email management, and document tracking.
• Support case management activities and ensure proper documentation of legal processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties as required.
• Perform occasional fieldwork or assist with off‑site requirements when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in legal management or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience, especially in legal research.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational abilities.
