KYC Analyst – Compliance & AML

About the role

The KYC Analyst will conduct periodic client reviews to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) requirements. You will manage your own pipeline, meet productivity and quality targets, and collaborate with approvers to ensure high‑quality case delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corporate renewal reviews and due‑diligence for KYC/AML compliance.
• Interpret client policies and apply them to case handling.
• Gather and verify documentation for various corporate structures, including private/public companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Proactively follow up on referrals, queries, and escalations to Subject Matter Experts.
• Maintain end‑to‑end case management, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor performance against plan and adjust actions to meet business objectives.
• Extract data from multiple systems and accurately input it into the primary platform.
• Uphold personal compliance with operational and regulatory risk standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 0‑1 year of experience; investment‑banking KYC experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SharePoint experience.
