Junior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our internal technology team. You will work on web‑based applications and digital platforms, contributing to both backend and frontend development while ensuring system reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal web‑based applications and digital platforms.
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and database functionalities.
• Create responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards.
• Support system integrations with internal and third‑party platforms.
• Assist in automating workflows and operational processes.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Provide technical support and resolve system‑related issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Document system processes, workflows, and technical configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in software development.
• Eager to learn and grow in technical management.
• Solid understanding of technical decision‑making processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Python.
• Proficient in Node.js.
• Strong foundation in software development and system building.
