Junior Producer

About the role

A highly organized Junior Producer will support the execution of video, branded, digital and publishing projects from pre‑production through post‑production. Working closely with Senior Producers, you will help coordinate schedules, logistics and communication to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Producers in all stages of video and content production, from concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics and operational requirements.
• Maintain communication with clients, talent, crew and suppliers before, during and after shoots.
• Prepare scripts, shot lists, call sheets, permits and other production documents.
• Organise and maintain production assets, project files, footage and creative materials.
• Provide on‑site support to ensure smooth shoot execution.
• Monitor post‑production progress, including editing, revisions and approvals.
• Support multiple agency and publishing projects while upholding quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management and archiving of production materials.
• Perform other production‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, media or advertising (preferred).
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on‑site during shoots.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using production management tools.
