Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual content for the company’s digital platforms, campaigns and brand initiatives, focusing on gaming, esports and digital marketing. Working closely with marketing, social media and operations teams, you will help produce graphics that engage audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, community posts and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing banners, thumbnails, publication materials, presentations, event assets and digital advertisements.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for various social media platforms and format requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s branding and visual standards.
• Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to meet content deadlines.
• Support content calendar execution and timely delivery of creative materials.
• Help launch campaigns, online activations and esports/gaming initiatives.
• Collaborate with video editors, moderators, marketing staff and project leads.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and visual concepts.
• Revise designs based on feedback from management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of layout, typography, branding and visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media content formats and current digital trends.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
