Production Designer – Medical Communications (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Designer to join our Creative Team, supporting the translation of scientific communications into accurate and engaging design deliverables. Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate closely with creative hubs in the USA and UK to produce a wide range of visual assets for medical communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop highly accurate and engaging design deliverables across print, presentation, video, e‑learning, animation and interactive channels.
• Interpret briefs, negotiate timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with account teams to confirm project requirements and scientific accuracy.
• Adhere to branding guidelines and internal processes to maximise efficiency.
• Review and support team members’ work to ensure high‑quality output.
• Assist the wider creative team with workload management.

Required profile

• Strong appreciation for great design with a keen eye for quality and effectiveness.
• Minimum two years of professional experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and driven to learn new skills.
