About the role

Alza is looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution of a construction project in Toledo. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work complies with company procedures, stays on schedule and within budget, and meets client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution and quality of works on site.
• Control the project budget and planning, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare monthly cost‑control reports and certification forecasts.
• Manage purchases, invoice approvals and coordinate with the design team and client.
• Oversee the final liquidation, price review and hand‑over at project close.
• Report to the Group Leader and ensure compliance with safety, health, quality and environmental plans.

Required profile

• Technical Architect, Superior Technician or Civil Engineer degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential construction.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Presto and AutoCAD.
• Experience with construction ERP systems (Sigrid preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
