IT Support / EUC Specialist – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support/EUC Specialist to join our team in Mandaluyong City on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for delivering end‑user computing services, managing desktop support operations, and ensuring all workstations and related devices are secure and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside support, assemble and re‑seat hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, keyboards, and motherboards.
• Perform system recalibration, sanitisation of internal components, and cooling‑fan maintenance.
• Deploy and install software using SCCM, Ivanti, or Intune, and manage OS installations, patches, and package troubleshooting.
• Support conference‑room equipment (Polycom, Cisco, Star leaf phones, MS Teams devices) and coordinate with facilities for non‑network devices.
• Maintain anti‑virus, Windows updates, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Use remote tools (RDP, IDRACK, ILO, IP phones) for troubleshooting printer issues, file restorations, and other end‑user problems.
• Manage asset inventory, laptop lifecycle, imaging, allocation, and de‑allocation in the ITSM platform.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in End‑User Computing and deskside support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL service‑management processes.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
