IT Specialist – On-site Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all technical support needs within our growing team. Based on-site in Pasig City, you will ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and that employees can work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor servers, workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to company applications.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the corporate network and internet connectivity.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tickets.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with common office software and peripheral devices.
