Intermediate Billing Associate (GBS)

About the role

UPS is looking for an Intermediate Billing Associate to join its Global Business Services team in Medellín. The role focuses on managing E2K configurations that enable smooth worldwide billing operations, supporting multiple regions and ensuring high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the volume of internal CMF requests, providing flexible support across regions and work queues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform precise E2K configurations while considering operational, corporate, and customer‑experience impacts.
• Keep procedures and documentation up to date.
• Assist the team lead and supervisor in resolving priority cases and escalations.
• Participate in periodic audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Maintain constant communication with other UPS areas and teams to guarantee correct execution of CMF updates.
• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate level in Excel (approximately 70%).
• Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 80%).
