About the role
The Integrated Marketing & Brand Activation Manager will lead Royal Canin Philippines' brand communication, marketing activation, and content strategy across both online and offline channels. This role is responsible for building the Royal Canin brand among Filipino pet owners and collaborating with internal demand teams to enhance brand equity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze consumer behavior, pet ownership trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and communication gaps.
- Translate insights into integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with annual business objectives.
- Develop strategic campaign frameworks and localized communication plans that balance global brand standards with Filipino relevance.
- Recommend investment priorities and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI potential.
- Create and execute integrated activation plans across retail, e‑commerce, veterinary, community, and experiential platforms.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, timelines, agency deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.
- Oversee production of marketing assets, event collaterals, digital assets, and educational materials.
- Monitor activation performance using KPIs such as participation, engagement, reach, conversion, and brand impact.
- Develop and manage content strategy across owned and paid media, building monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, veterinarians, influencers, and internal teams to produce high‑quality multimedia content.
- Plan and optimize paid media investments through performance tracking, audience targeting, A/B testing, and analytics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, brand activation, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical ability to turn consumer insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
