Infrastructure Specialist II – IT Infrastructure Management

About the role

Stefanini is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist II to design, implement, manage and support its IT infrastructure. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure and scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain servers, storage, network and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents and ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices across all infrastructure components.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate procurement, implementation and support with vendors, telco providers and IT suppliers.
• Maintain vendor contracts, SLAs and documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Proven experience in a similar infrastructure or systems administrator role.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
• Virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls.
• Automation and configuration tools: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
• Vendor and contract management, including SLA oversight.
