Infrastructure Digital & Technology Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an Infrastructure Digital & Technology Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and governance of digital and technology solutions across its infrastructure projects. The role ensures efficient, secure, and data‑driven project delivery while supporting site IT operations and construction technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with infrastructure project goals.
• Drive digital transformation across all phases of construction, from planning to maintenance.
• Lead adoption and integration of BIM for infrastructure, GIS, drones, photogrammetry, GPS‑based machine control, and project management platforms such as Aconex and Primavera P6.
• Oversee data collection, storage, reporting systems, real‑time visualization tools, and asset management databases.
• Establish and maintain IT infrastructure at remote or large‑scale job sites, ensuring network reliability and data connectivity.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions for reporting, procurement, and material tracking.
• Provide technical training and serve as primary point of contact for user support.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and implement cybersecurity measures.
