Industrial Engineer – Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Industrial Engineer to join our project team. The role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply engineering principles to real‑world security‑surveillance projects and develop strong project‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise project scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with quality standards and budget.
• Track and report project status, risks, expenses and documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and project delays.
• Oversee project completion, turnover and post‑project evaluation.

Required profile

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Willingness to take on project‑management responsibilities.
• Eagerness to learn CCTV, security‑surveillance, alarm systems, structured cabling, door and biometric access systems, turnstiles and related technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and email correspondence.
• Readiness to conduct fieldwork to monitor and validate project progress when required.
