HSE Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives on our construction projects in Pasig City. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and support the project team in creating a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the project complies with all health and safety legislation.
• Collaborate with other HSE representatives and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive HSE program covering hazard identification, risk control, accident prevention, hazardous material management, emergency preparedness, fire safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene and environmental compliance.
• Conduct safety meetings, audits and inspections, document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Plan and deliver safety and compliance training for site personnel.
• Provide guidance to the project management team on HSE matters and verify that site practices meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain an Emergency Action Plan and act as the primary contact for incident reporting and investigation.
• Maintain logs of safety inspections, reports and correspondence, and report HSE status to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant HSE qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting HSE inspections and audits on construction sites.
• Preferably experience with coastal and infrastructure projects.
