About the role
This entry‑level HR Staff position supports daily HR operations in a fast‑moving office located in Makati City. The role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in human resources and gain hands‑on experience with employee administration and benefits processing.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and screen all incoming company calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with Pag‑IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth remittances, as well as processing employee loans and benefits.
- Maintain and update personnel files for contractual employees, ensuring accurate filing and record‑keeping.
- Support day‑to‑day HR functions and duties as assigned by senior HR personnel.
Required profile
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Full‑time availability and direct‑hire status.
