About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer/HR Generalist to support our people operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, training coordination, and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires transition smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
