HR Business Partner – Manager & Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner at the Manager to Director level to lead strategic people initiatives in a fast‑moving professional services environment. The role works closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, drive performance management and build a strong leadership pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive performance management, promotion readiness, succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational effectiveness and development.
• Analyze employee performance trends and deliver data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
• Collaborate with People teams across multiple geographies and functions.
• Support employee relations matters, escalations and sensitive issues with professionalism.
• Produce and interpret people metrics and reports to inform decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–15 years of HRBP, talent management or people advisory experience, preferably in assurance, audit or business services.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on performance management experience.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Global mindset with cultural awareness and resilience.
