HR & Admin Supervisor

About the role

The HR & Admin Supervisor oversees human resources and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency, policy compliance, and performance tracking across the organization. This role bridges people management with process optimization to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and off‑boarding processes while maintaining accurate HR records and contracts.
• Implement HR policies, ensure labor‑law compliance, and support performance evaluations and employee development.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions; assist with organizational leveling.
• Track departmental and company KPIs weekly and monthly, prepare performance dashboards, and identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Develop, document, update, and enforce SOPs; conduct audits, train staff, and recommend process improvements.
• Support management in streamlining internal systems, implementing operational tools, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and SOP management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project and task‑management tools.
