About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will provide comprehensive HR support to all employees at the commissary, helping the business achieve its objectives and sustain growth through its people.

Key responsibilities

  • Talent Supply Planning – validate staffing recommendations, identify talent gaps, and build partnerships with external talent sources.
  • Performance & Competency Management – align divisional goals with organizational targets, manage competency frameworks, and facilitate employee competency assessments.
  • Assessment & Selection – conduct candidate profiling, assessments, interviews, and coordinate timely onboarding.
  • Learning Design & Development – lead planning and implementation of employee development programs, ensure compliance with training systems, and maintain complete training records.
  • Job Evaluation & Policy Clarification – conduct initial job evaluations, coordinate with Corporate C&B, and provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
  • C&B Delivery & Issue Resolution – facilitate benefit availment and address payroll and benefits concerns.
  • Employee & Labor Relations – design engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manage disciplinary cases and investigations; ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Financials & Compliance – oversee HR budget utilization, ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in HR business partnering within a multinational or large‑scale manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum five (5) years progressive people‑management experience.
  • In‑depth experience in end‑to‑end HR operations: performance & talent management, training & organizational development, labor relations and employee engagement.
  • Strong recruiting background and proven ability to improve talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
