Hotel Reservation Assistant (Chat & Email)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Online Assistants to support our Hotel Reservation team. In this non‑voice position you will handle hotel booking inquiries, changes and cancellations through chat and email, providing accurate information and a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to hotel reservation inquiries, booking confirmations and cancellations via chat and email.
• Provide up‑to‑date details on room availability, rates, policies and special offers.
• Maintain high‑quality written communication and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Record and update customer and reservation data in internal systems.
• Follow quality, compliance and data‑privacy guidelines.

Required profile

• High school graduate (K‑12 or Old Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer‑service experience, preferably non‑voice.
• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer usage and fast typing skills.
• Willingness to work onsite on rotating shifts, with weekends off.
