Home Care Training Specialist (Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for its Remote Team Members (RTMs). The role is fully remote and focuses on building confidence, competence, and career growth through practical training.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions that help new hires master technical tasks and remote‑work competencies.
• Create and continuously update learning materials to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Lead workshops, online classes, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Track attendance, progress, and performance metrics, maintaining accurate training records.
• Collect feedback and refine curricula to improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
