Heavy Equipment Operator

About the role

The Production department at Therma Luzon, Inc. in Pagbilao is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator. The successful candidate will work on‑site on a regular basis, operating a range of heavy machines to support the plant’s unloading and material handling processes. The operator will contribute to maintaining production efficiency by ensuring timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a bulldozer equipped for stacking and reclaiming tasks.
• Drive a payloader to move bulk material within the production area.
• Perform unloading operations using the appropriate equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and plant guidelines while operating machinery.
• Report equipment issues and assist with routine cleaning and inspection.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in unloading, stacker/reclaimer bulldozer, and payloader operation.
• Holder of a National Certificate Level II (NC II) relevant to equipment operation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a regular, full‑time schedule.
