About the role

Cognizant is seeking a Healthcare Specialist – Registered Pharmacist (RPH) to support its global clients. The role involves handling product‑related inquiries, identifying complaints, and ensuring accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience in BPO or healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess product complaints such as defects, packaging issues, or device concerns.
• Guide callers to accurately describe product‑related problems.
• Document information clearly and correctly following structured processes.
• Handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience.
• Basic understanding of healthcare concepts, medicines, product handling, or medical devices.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with callers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Experience in pharma, consumer health, medical devices, or contact centers is a plus.
