Head of Area Operations – Retail & Beauty

About the role

SKINTIFIC is seeking a dynamic Head of Area Operations to lead nationwide field activities across the Philippines. You will shape the execution strategy for retail and beauty brands, ensuring consistent in‑store presence and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the nationwide field operations and execution strategy.
• Manage area managers, supervisors, promoters and other field teams.
• Ensure high standards of retail execution, merchandising, and in‑store visibility.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance and sales performance.
• Create, refine and enforce SOPs and field execution processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, retail, HR and training functions.
• Conduct regular field visits and operational reviews across regions.
• Support expansion planning and scalability for the Philippine market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, field or sales operations.
• Proven track record managing large ground teams, including promoters and area managers.
• Background in multinational FMCG, beauty, retail or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong leadership, execution and people‑management capabilities.
