About the role

The Head Nurse leads the clinical team to ensure high‑quality resident care across multiple sites. This senior nursing position coordinates daily operations, manages staffing plans, and collaborates with other departments to maintain optimal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the clinical team to promote quality resident care.
• Assist the Clinical Care Manager in preparing monthly staff schedules and shift management.
• Coordinate clinical activities with other departments, ensuring personnel, equipment, and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Oversee the implementation of care standards and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required).
• Successful completion of the nursing board examination.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Head Nurse or supervisory nursing role.
