About the role
Dusit Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join its Cebu property. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead guest interaction initiatives, resolve concerns promptly, and uphold the brand’s promise of ‘Always Gracious’ service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proactive communication with guests throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide training and coaching to front‑line staff on guest‑relations standards.
- Handle escalated guest issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Required profile
- Strong background in guest relations and customer service within hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and resolving guest concerns.
- Experience training staff to maintain service standards.
- Service‑oriented mindset with leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
