Account Manager

About the role

RedDoorz is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing property partners and drive new business opportunities across its growing hotel network in Southeast Asia. You will act as the main point of contact for property owners, ensuring they receive the full benefit of RedDoorz’s technology platform and service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective partners.
• Pursue new business opportunities with existing property partners.
• Identify partners’ needs and propose suitable RedDoorz solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for RedDoorz brands, products and services.
• Provide partners with comprehensive information on RedDoorz products and services.
• Meet revenue targets for each property.
• Ensure 100% partner and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account or relationship management.
• Calm, efficient and able to work well under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
