Group Financial Controller

About the role

The Group Financial Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting, and internal controls across a multi‑entity, multi‑branch organization. The role demands a structured, systems‑oriented professional who can design, implement, and scale finance processes in complex business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close for all entities and ensure accurate consolidated reporting.
• Build and maintain executive financial dashboards and oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Design and implement scalable finance systems, SOPs and workflows; drive ERP optimization and automation.
• Strengthen internal controls, approvals and governance; ensure compliance with tax, audit and statutory requirements.
• Develop profitability reporting by branch, doctor, treatment and brand; support ROI analysis for new clinic openings and capex projects.
• Lead, mentor and restructure the finance team, fostering accountability and professional standards.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior controllership or finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in multi‑entity or multi‑branch organizations.
• Strong track record in financial reporting, consolidation and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale finance processes and systems.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, compliance and audit requirements.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
