Graphic Designer – Creative Design Executive

About the role

As a Graphic Designer within the Creative & Design Services team, you will create high‑quality visual designs, presentations, and marketing materials that support Cushman & Wakefield’s business development initiatives across regions. You will work under the guidance of the Team Leader, using approved templates and tools to ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce print and digital graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets using company‑approved templates.
• Develop presentations and marketing collateral that align with global brand guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements for all deliverables.
• Manage assigned tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines to support team workflow.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency across regional markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience; experience with templating design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, illustration, and brand application.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused with the ability to work independently or within a team.
