Graduate Electrical Engineer – Energy

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its Energy team in Manila. You will work on large‑scale power generation, transmission and distribution projects, contributing to renewable energy solutions and sustainable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and analysis of high‑voltage power transmission and distribution systems.
• Perform electrical calculations and studies for large energy infrastructure projects.
• Develop and use industry‑recognised transmission and distribution modelling software.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to Aurecon’s commitment to innovation and sustainability on every project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with strong focus on electrical physics, magnetism, power transmission and HV systems.
• Passion for power transmission, distribution networks and renewable energy.
• Solid academic grounding in electromagnetics, circuits, transmission lines and transformers.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
