Goods Flow Assistant (Picking & Replenishment) – Part Time

About the role

As a Goods Flow Assistant you will support the Recovery team in the warehouse, ensuring that returned or unsold items are processed efficiently and made ready for resale. You will work under the Recovery Supervisor to optimise recovery operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recovery team in handling and processing returned or excess merchandise.
• Operate warehouse systems and follow established methods to maximise recovery efficiency.
• Help generate revenue from items that would otherwise be unsellable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, supporting overall store operations.

Required profile

• Interest in home‑furnishing products and the IKEA range.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably retail.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Quick learner who asks questions when needed.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Team‑oriented but capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Forklift certification or proven forklift operation ability.
