Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across technical and non‑technical functions. Working remotely with core overlap to Eastern Time, you will help protect over 20,000 retail locations by building talent that drives intelligent loss‑prevention solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing and customer‑success roles.
• Source candidates internationally using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities and advanced Boolean/X‑ray techniques.
• Design and run structured interviews, scorecards and lightweight assessments.
• Maintain high‑quality ATS data, automate workflows and track funnel metrics to meet SLAs.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates, calibrate compensation, and deliver a standout candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple time zones and regions.
• High ownership, urgency and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Experience building scalable recruiting processes and interview playbooks.

• ATS platforms (Ashby preferred; Lever, Greenhouse or similar).
